This was a live in two-day division training of trainers on school paper page lay-out and design and content management. The participants were composed of the following:  One (1) school paper advisers from the elementary and another one (1) from the secondary level per district. The facilitators were the 11 select school paper advisers who were sent to the regional level of training.

This was conducted at Bugsay Beach Resort, Balibadon, Cortes, Surigao del Sur last September 13-14, 2018. The training methodologies employed by the facilitators were lecture and workshop. After giving input, they immediately conduct workshop on lay-outing  on a certain school paper page. After the training, the 74 trained school paper advisers shall in turn do the same training in their respective districts.
